We understand the need to be discreet and keep your data secure. The reason for these questions is from decades of touring and ensuring your arrival, departure and time with us is ensured. Your description is only used if we don’t find you at the meeting area. This can happen for many reasons, flight delay, missed flight, stuck in baggage claim, Internet or messaging not working for you. This allows us to try and go find you and have an idea out of the thousands of people at the airport at any given time. Or we may have to come back to get you, and you’ll be waiting at the curb and as we drive by we’ll see you.
Arrival and departure info helps us know if you have arranged a workable arrival and departure plan. If not, we’ll advise as to what is needed to make your reservations fit.
Also, if for some terrible reason something happens to you on the trip, and we need to make arrangements for you. Note, we’ll never admit or share you’re on an Adult tour, instead you were with friends on a site seeing trip (unless you inform us in advance as to who we are supposed to be). Plus, if you need medical attention, we can make sure the medical staff know what they need to know about you.
