The future of the “Golden Time” in Brüggen is questionable

Brüggen Germany the police still do not know whether the fire in November was arson or due to other causes. At least for the time being, there will probably be no future for the club at its current location. After the fire at “Golden Time”, which claims to be the largest FKK sauna club in North Rhine-Westphalia, there seems to be no future for the facility at the location in Brüggen-Genholt. On the homepage of “Golden Time” it’s written that “we’re starting in cooperation with our friends of Oceans FKK Saunaclub Düsseldorf. December 1st our club will be located there ”. What was offered at the Brüggen location will be continued daily until 11 p.m. at our Düsseldorf location. Previous staff for example from Brüggen counter will be available. According to information on the “Golden Time” homepage Golden Time belongs to DPG (Düsseldorfer Projektgesellschaft) mbh & Co. KG, based in Brüggen-Genholt and headquartered in Düsseldorf; the management there could not be reached on Tuesday for further information.

Police and fire experts are continuing to search for the cause of the fire that broke out on Heidweg on the night of November 20th to 21st and which left the club a total loss. More than a hundred firefighters from the region were on duty. “We’re investigating all avenues,” a police spokesman said in the Viersen district on Tuesday when contacted. There are no indications of arson so far. However, there were indications that renovation work was supposed to have taken place in the building shortly before the fire broke out. The experts will now investigate whether there was a connection to the outbreak of the fire. A technical hazard can’t be ruled out at the moment. One problem for the investigators is the condition of the structure due to the fire the property burned down completely so investigations are hindered due to the difficult conditions. The club had not been in operation at the time of the fire; People were not found at the scene of the fire; Nobody was injured by the flames.
